:: ESC 5 Week Introduction Course
You will be introduced to The Entrepreneur's Success Code®. For one hour a week, we will immerse you in our philosophy of how to Live, Lead and Discover what is possible in your life and your business. The class lasts for 5 weeks and is conducted by phone. The coach takes you, along with a group of 3 – 5 other entrepreneurs, through the beginning work of understanding how to run a more successful, fulfilling, and profitable business that supports each of your personal goals. At the conclusion of the course, you may choose to continue with the other participants in a Group Coaching Program or elect to begin Individual Coaching.

We focus on your Life Purpose and your Strategic Objective. Our work is based on living life with conscious competence.
You will have bi-weekly telephone meetings to produce specific results in accordance with your Life Purpose and Strategic Objective.
You will have access to your Success Code Coach® within 24 hours for critical personal or operational issues.
Each quarter, we will conduct a Board Meeting to assess progress. The meeting results will adjust tactical actions as necessary to assure you stay on track.
Annually, we will develop the next year's Operational Plans necessary for your Company to move to the next level of manifestation toward the Strategic Objective.
You will set the pace. You will decide when you're finished. Our goal is to assist you in the creation of a system-dependent replication of what you describe in your Strategic Objective while fulfilling your Life Purpose.

Working with other business owners, we assist you in the development of a healthy life with an organized, productive, profitable business focusing on your Life Purpose and your Strategic Objective. Our work is based on living life with conscious competence.

Each group member has one individual meeting per month to work specifically on the unique challenges of their business.
You will also meet twice a year as a Group at an on-site location to report on your individual progress towards your Life Purpose and Strategic Objective.

We Kick Start your vision and your business to obtain an immediate shift in the business. Concurrent with achieving clarity in your company's Core Values, this five day on-site coaching and consulting program validates your Strategic Objective and delivers the implementation plan for its success.
Our service includes the creation of Key Measurement Indicators, Employee Position Agreements, Tactical and Strategic Organizational plans and the initiation of Systems and Script development.
