:: COMPANY STORY
Jeff Burrows, author of The Entrepreneur’s Success Code®, grew up the son of a corporate executive turned entrepreneur. Jeff witnessed his father successfully move through the entrepreneurial evolution. A shadow by his father’s side, Jeff learned leadership, management and marketing principles from one of the world’s most recognized brands, Budweiser.
Jeff’s father suffered a stroke at the very pinnacle of his entrepreneurial evolution that left him disabled. The plan to work side by side as father and son, building the distributor business, and leave a legacy quickly began to fade. It was decided it was in both the family’s best interest and the company’s best interests to sell the business rather than have Jeff take over at the young age of 22. During the process of selling the business, Jeff and his family received advice from investment, legal and accounting professionals. Jeff quickly felt a connection to all the consulting advice he received. This spawned his consultative financial planning career.
In 1993, Jeff’s father passed away. It was his father’s passing that moved him to walk away from a 15-year investment financial planning career to pursue a personal adventure. Jeff began reflecting on and learning his own life lessons about becoming an entrepreneur while studying man's potential to create balance for life and work. In 1995 he read a profound book and encountered the famous E-Myth coaching methodology. He embraced the philosophy and started on a unique new path; as teacher/coach to business owners.
Jeff started Thunderlight Resources, a life/business coaching company, from his home office. He did this with the commitment of helping entrepreneurs wrestle and pin the question of what the entrepreneur’s company could become and, more importantly, who they themselves could become. The result of that tireless effort was the creation of The Entrepreneur’s Success Code® and JeffBurrows.com.
Today, JeffBurrrows.com coaches entrepreneurs, business leaders, and executives in producing the best products and services in their field. Collectively, the companies optimize world class leadership, management and marketing principles for the global audience. Individually, the people we coach become more aware, more conscious and awakened mentally, physically, socially and spiritually.

Teressa McCluskey
Success Code Coach®
Teressa was introduced to coaching in 1998 while working with in her father’s CPA practice in Carefree, Arizona. The successful growth of the CPA business was based on a solid foundation from the best selling book, The E-Myth Revisited. Charged with implementing the book’s philosophy, she clearly recalls one sunny Arizona morning when a confident, passionate and charismatic gentleman came to their office seeking bookkeeping and tax services. On his way out a short time later, Teressa wished him a wonderful day. His response changed her life, “Everyday is a wonderful day for me because everyday is a weekend. So, thank you”.
Teressa wanted everyday to be a weekend. She wanted her work to fulfill every aspect of her life to “that” level. Little did she know that her catalyst for change that day was Jeff Burrows, CEO and owner of JeffBurrows.com. Shortly thereafter, Teressa began developing Jeff’s client management systems as well as systems documentation in exchange for business coaching.
In March of 2000, she was afforded the opportunity, by Jeff, to attend The E-Myth Academy to obtain her Certified E-Myth Consultant designation. The certification process was life changing. She gained clarity about who she was, who she wanted to become, and what she needed to do to get there: she was ready to, as her actions dictate, “T” it up.
Her passion for personal and professional growth has not changed since. She is drawn to activities with her family and people who share a passion for growth. What rewards her professionally is engaging and guiding the business owner/entrepreneur in a spirited process of personal and professional growth.
Teressa has successfully provided business coaching, systems documentation and on-site trainings to multi-million dollar businesses. Ultimately, being a Success Code Coach® allows her the freedom to balance her family and work. And to think it all started with a simple but special interaction 9 years ago.

Sheila Farny
Success Code Coach®
In 2002, while operating Skyline Guest Ranch, one of the premier guest ranches in southwest Colorado, Sheila was given a copy of the best selling business book, The E-Myth Revisited. After reading it, she was immediately hooked on its philosophy of 'running your business' instead of 'it running you'. Having operated the ranch for 12 years, she and her husband Mike decided to explore this refreshing business approach to operations while improving one’s own life. And, they signed up with Jeff Burrows as their coach for the process!
Sheila was a quick study and deliberately moved the business to a place where it could operate on its own. Despite the success, due to outside circumstances, the family made a decision to sell the business and the ranch. With that life event decision, Sheila was now free to begin training to become a business coach; a goal that developed while she was working on her own business.
In 2003, Sheila began working with Jeff as a Systems Consultant. She then expanded her training into coaching & consulting various non-profit organizations. Her focus includes providing clients with the tools to allow the business to become more fulfilling, more intentional, and more efficient. She enjoys sharing both the framework and specifics of how to foster healthy work environments in order to achieve desired results.
Sheila was born in Minneapolis and received her degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. She enjoys mountain biking, skiing, hockey, and arts & crafts. She and her family live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
